Les instruments
This half term, in Gold Class, we are learning about musical instruments. In this unit from Language Angels, the children will learn the words for 10 different instruments, most of which are cognates. This present a unique challenge in French phonics. Emphasizing the development of all four language skills - Listening, Reading (receptive skills), Speaking and Writing (productive skills), this unit not only expands their vocabulary but also refines pronunciation. By the end of the unit, the children will be able to talk about the instruments they play, using the correct articles and determiners.
